goes a long way here.
Forum LVI is a student-led club at the University of Dallas that puts students in front of working professionals. If you went to UD, or your kid goes there, we would like an hour of your time at some point this year.
Pick one, ignore the rest.
Post a role
If your company is hiring — internships or full-time — send us the posting and we put it on the job board. Students who are interested reach you through us. We do not publish your contact information.
Take a conversation
Students tell us what field they want to learn about and what they want to ask. If a request matches you, we email you, and you can say no. The conversations run twenty or thirty minutes. We prepare the student beforehand.
Give an evening
We host a few dinners, panels, and happy hours every semester. Come to one. Students get more from an evening like that than from a career fair.
None of this obligates you to anything further. Plenty of people say yes to one thing and never again, and that is fine. See how the network works.
One bigger ask.
The Ambassador Program pairs a student with one alumnus for a school year. The mentor answers questions when they come up and looks over a resume now and then — about one conversation a month. If you are willing to do this, say so on the form and we will follow up.
